They have a pretty standard return window, I think it's like 30 days. As long as it's not damaged, you should be good.

Honestly, for the 'washable' feature, Fame Rugs and Ruggable are probably your main choices. Fame Rugs is usually cheaper than Ruggable for a similar style.
